Pricing includes all processing fees from a USDA-certified facility, vacuum sealing all cuts and ground beef, and free delivery within 50 miles of Trenton, Missouri.

We use our local USDA-inspected Chillicothe Meat Locker for processing - they're great to work with, their prices are very reasonable, and they offer custom dry-aging!
